Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out how you may use Real Money Online Casinos at queenpindeluxe.com, what our content is and is not, and what responsibilities sit with you as a reader. They apply every time you visit the site. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. Last reviewed: Sep 27, 2026.
In short: we publish research-based comparisons of real money online casinos for adults in the United States. We are a publisher, not a gambling operator. We do not take deposits, hold player funds, run games or process withdrawals. Any account you open is with the casino, under the casino's own terms and conditions — not ours.
Who may use this site
Access to this site is limited to adults who are legally permitted to gamble where they are. In the US that generally means being at least 21 years old for state-licensed casino gaming, though some products and some states set the threshold at 18. The age rule is set by the state and by the operator, not by us.
- You confirm you are of legal gambling age in your state and that online casino play is lawful where you are physically located.
- You accept that legal availability varies state by state. A casino accepting sign-ups from a US visitor is not the same thing as that casino being authorized to serve players in your state.
- You are responsible for checking your own state's position before you deposit anything.
- If you have self-excluded through a state program or an operator, you agree not to use the links on this site to circumvent it. Our responsible gambling resources explain self-exclusion, deposit limits and blocking software.
Commercial disclosure: how we make money
Some links on this site are commercial. If you click through to a casino and open an account, we may be paid a commission or a referral fee by that operator. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you see is the offer the casino is advertising.
Commercial relationships do not buy ranking position. Editorial ratings — the scores shown on our top lists, such as 10.0 for Raging Bull or 9.9 for Magician Bet — are assigned by our editorial team. They are our opinion, not customer-review scores, not independent audit results and not a prediction of your experience. A casino that pays us nothing can outrank one that does, and a casino can be removed from our lists regardless of any commercial arrangement.
What our reviews are — and what they are not
Our content is research and editorial comment. We review published terms, licensing information, banking pages, game libraries and operator disclosures. We do not deposit, play or withdraw to produce our reviews, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that we have personally tested an operator's payout speed.
We separate three different kinds of statement wherever we can:
- Verified information — taken from an operator's own published terms, a regulator's register or another checkable source.
- Casino advertising — headline bonus figures, promotional wording and advertised withdrawal speeds, reproduced as the operator states them.
- Unresolved questions — points where a term is unclear, undisclosed or inconsistent. We say so rather than filling the gap with a guess.
Terms change without notice. A bonus percentage, a wagering requirement or a minimum deposit can be altered the day after we check it. Always read the offer terms on the casino's own site before you commit money. Where our page and the operator's terms disagree, the operator's terms govern.
Bonus offers listed on this site
Every welcome bonus, deposit bonus, free spins package and cashback promotion we mention carries conditions set by the operator. We reproduce headline offers only, and headline figures are the least important part of a bonus. The conditions below are what decide whether an offer is worth anything to you.
| Offer as advertised | What you must check in the operator's terms |
|---|---|
| Raging Bull — 410% up to $10,000 + 50 free spins | Qualifying minimum deposit, wagering multiple on deposit plus bonus, maximum bet while a bonus is active, cashout cap, which slot the spins are locked to, expiry date |
| Magician Bet — 101% no wagering | What "no wagering" actually covers — often the cash portion only; check minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, withdrawal minimums and any game restrictions |
| Slots of Vegas — 375% bonus + 50 free spins on Cash Chaser | Spins tied to one named game, wagering on spin winnings, excluded games, maximum conversion from free spin winnings |
| Uptown Aces — 600% for new players | Whether the headline percentage applies to the first deposit only, per-deposit caps, playthrough on table games versus slots |
| Card Crush — 2 mystery coins and 5 cards | What the coins and cards can be used for, whether any value is redeemable, redemption thresholds |
| Zumba Cards — 250% deposit bonus up to 250 SC | How the site's coin currency works, redemption eligibility, state exclusions |
| BetUS — 200% up to $4,000 for new players | Rollover across casino and sportsbook, whether the bonus is casino-only, minimum qualifying deposit |
| Amazon Jackpots — 4 posters + 40 free SC + bonus wheel for $20 | This is a purchase, not a giveaway — the $20 is your money; check what is redeemable and what is promotional only |
| Slots and Casino — 500% up to $2,500 across three deposits | Each deposit's own minimum and cap, whether unused tranches expire |
| Bets.FM — 225% up to 1 BTC + 225 free spins | Crypto-denominated bonus value moves with the market; check spin release schedule and wagering on both parts |
None of these offers is free money. Every one requires you to deposit or spend, and most attach a wagering requirement, a maximum bet per spin or hand while bonus funds are live, an expiry window and a limit on how much bonus-derived winnings you can withdraw. Breaking a maximum bet rule is one of the most common reasons a withdrawal is voided.
Money, payments and the limits of our role
All deposits and withdrawals happen between you and the casino. We never handle funds and we cannot process, expedite or reverse a payment.
What a US player typically encounters, and what you should confirm with the operator before depositing:
- Cost to take part. Using this site is free. Playing is not. Minimum deposits commonly start in the $10 to $25 range, and some bonus offers require a higher qualifying deposit than the site's general minimum.
- Paying in. Debit cards are the most widely accepted method for US players. Credit card acceptance varies and some card issuers decline gambling transactions outright. Bank transfer and ACH are common at state-licensed operators. E-wallets, including PayPal, are available at some US casinos and not others — availability depends on the operator, the state and your bank, so check the banking page rather than assuming.
- Getting paid out. Withdrawal methods are usually narrower than deposit methods, and many operators require you to withdraw back to the method you deposited with. Minimum withdrawal amounts, per-transaction and monthly withdrawal limits, and any fee applied by the casino or by your bank are all set in the operator's terms.
- Timing. Advertised withdrawal times are operator claims. Almost all of them start counting after internal approval, not after you hit the button, and first withdrawals take longest because verification runs then.
Crypto-denominated offers such as the Bets.FM bonus carry currency risk on top of everything else: the dollar value of a bonus quoted in bitcoin changes with the market, and may be worth materially more or less than it appeared when you claimed it.
Verification, KYC and withdrawal holds
Identity verification is a legal and regulatory requirement, not an obstacle the casino invented. Expect to supply photo ID, proof of address and proof of the payment instrument you used. Larger or unusual activity can trigger source-of-funds checks.
You agree that we have no ability to influence these checks. If a withdrawal is delayed or refused, the route is the operator's complaints procedure first, then the escalation path its regulator provides. We may explain how that process generally works, but we cannot act as your representative, and we cannot guarantee any outcome. No casino is completely safe, and no withdrawal is guaranteed.
Games, software and the other products these operators run
Where we describe a casino's range — slots, progressive jackpots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker and live dealer rooms — we are summarizing what the operator advertises at the time of writing. Game libraries change constantly as software providers and operators renegotiate. We do not warrant that a specific title, provider, RTP figure or jackpot is available when you arrive.
Several operators on our lists run more than a casino. BetUS, for instance, advertises sportsbook alongside casino play, and a bonus offered on one product may carry rollover conditions that span both. Sites using a coin model, such as Zumba Cards, Card Crush and Amazon Jackpots, operate on promotional and redeemable currencies rather than straight cash balances, which changes how deposits, bonuses and redemptions work. Read the product you are actually using, not the one you are more familiar with.
Return to player percentages, volatility ratings and random number generation are properties of the game and its provider. RTP is a long-run theoretical figure across millions of rounds. It tells you nothing useful about a single session, and nothing on this site implies otherwise.
Legal standing and state regulation
There is no single federal license for online casino gaming in the United States. Regulation is done at state level, and each participating state runs its own licensing regime, its own regulator and its own consumer protection rules. Some states license online casino play, more license online sports betting only, and others prohibit both. Tribal gaming adds a further layer in some jurisdictions.
What follows for you:
- Confirm whether online casino play is lawful in the state you are physically in — not the state on your driver's license.
- If a casino is licensed by a state regulator, that regulator is also your escalation route for an unresolved complaint.
- Where an operator is not licensed by your state's regulator, the consumer protections and dispute processes available to you will be different, and you should understand what they are before you deposit.
- Gambling winnings are generally taxable income in the US. We do not provide tax advice.
We make no claim about any specific operator's licensing status beyond what that operator publishes and what a regulator's register confirms. If our page and a regulator's register disagree, trust the register and tell us so we can correct it.
Your obligations when using the site
- Use the site for personal, non-commercial research.
- Do not copy, scrape or republish our content without written permission.
- Do not present our editorial ratings as independent audit results or customer-review scores.
- Do not rely on this site as legal, financial or tax advice. It is not.
Liability, accuracy and changes to these terms
We research carefully and correct errors when they are pointed out, but we do not warrant that every figure on this site is accurate or current at the moment you read it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for losses arising from gambling, from reliance on information here, or from your dealings with any operator. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or conduct.
We may update these terms as the site, the offers or the regulatory picture change. The revision date at the top of this page tells you when they were last reviewed. Continued use after a change means you accept the current version. More about who we are and how we work is set out on our about page.
Gambling should stay affordable
Gambling is entertainment with a cost, not a way to make money or fix a financial problem. If it is stopping being fun, use the deposit and loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools your operator provides, or the national and state support services listed in our responsible gambling guide. Blocking software can restrict access to gambling sites across your devices if you want a harder boundary.
